Paid Intern - Marketing B2B

Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Materials & Assets - Assist with the preparation, organization, and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, promotional assets, and event collateral.
2. Vendor & Partner Coordination - Support communication and follow-up with vendors, agencies, exhibitors, venues, and other external partners to ensure timely delivery of event requirements.
3. Administrative & Budget Support - Assist with purchase orders, invoices, expense tracking, event budgets, schedules, databases, and other administrative tasks related to B2B marketing activities.
4. Post-Event Reporting & Follow-up - Help gather event results, attendance information, feedback, photos, and other relevant data to prepare recaps and support post-event follow-up.
Qualifications:
• Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills in Spanish & English
Preferred Qualifications
1. Previous internship, academic, or project experience in marketing events, communications, or a related area.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
3. Interest in the entertainment industry, B2B marketing events, and trade shows.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
5. Proactive, resourceful, and service-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
