This is a Part Time Paid Internship
Please note that this role is based in the United Kingdom. In order to enable us to meet the statutory and regulatory obligations of the United Kingdom immigration system, you must have the appropriate immigration permission needed to work and reside in the United Kingdom.
This role will be a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract starting in July 2026.

This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of the International Formats team, including Digital & Licensing, International Production, Format Marketing, Sales, and Product, providing broad exposure to the commercial and creative lifecycle of international television formats.
What you'll do:
• Digital & Licensing: Social Media research projects for key talent and products, and commercial modelling
• Digital & Licensing: Beta Testing of digital products in development
• International production: Format research of the history of adaptation of classic catalogue titles across territories (specifically, The Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, The Dating Game, and others as needed).
• International Production: Format adaptation research by territory, including key talent (host, contributors and off-screen talent such as genre specialist producers and showrunners)
• Format marketing & sales: support bespoke pitch decks for selected scripted and unscripted format pitches
• Format Sales: Client research ahead of key client touch points, such as MIPCOM.
• International Formats: update Format Life Cycle Report
• Product Pipeline tracker: updating and circulating development & acquisition
What you'll gain:
• Distribution Channels: Gain insights into the various platforms where TV content is distributed, including traditional television, streaming services, and digital platforms.
• Production Processes: Learn about the various stages of rolling out a TV format, covering the pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
• Licensing and Rights Management: Understand the complexities of licensing rights for different territories and platforms.
• Marketing and Promotion: Learn how TV shows and movies are marketed and promoted to attract audiences
• Content Acquisition: Learn how companies acquire new content, whether through original production, licensing, or co-production deals.
What you have:
• Highly numerate and digitally confident, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and databases.
• Familiarity with all forms of new media, including social media platforms and emerging digital trends.
• Exceptionally organised, with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and confident team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• A strong interest in the entertainment industry, particularly in scripted and unscripted television formats.
• The ability to think ahead and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-evolving entertainment landscape.
• Confidence to present ideas clearly and contribute creatively within a collaborative team environment.
Interview Process
• In-person Assessment centre in our London office on Monday 9th March.
• Second stage virtual interview with the hiring managers.
