Fall Paid Intern - Legal Technology

Start and end dates are flexible. Interns must be available to work part-time (10-29 hours/week) in person at the designated office location.
Responsibilities:
• Support enterprise applications across the General Counsel organization
• Research and evaluate new products, including AI and SaaS solutions
• Gather business requirements and document business processes
• Coordinate user testing for new features and applications
• Create documentation and training materials
• Work with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams on technology initiatives
Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Curious and eager to learn new technologies and business processes
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to take initiative
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, APIs, or similar analytical tools
• Experience documenting business requirements or business processes
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with AI or other emerging technologies
• Interest in enterprise applications, business analysis, legal technology, or the entertainment industry
Salary/Benefits
$22.00 /hour USD
The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors.
