Administrative Assistant III, Global Creative Strategy, Research, and Analytics

We are searching for an Administrative Assistant III, Global Creative Strategy, Research, and Analytics to support the Co-Heads of Global Creative Strategy and Resear ch and Head of Marketing Analytics . This position will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations within the Motion Picture Group. The new hire will assist with administrative tasks, day to day correspondence, scheduling and preparing for meetings, and more.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and preparing for meetings and handling calendars for the Co-Heads of Global Creative Strategy and Research and Head of Marketing Analytics.
• Word processing (composing and generating letters and memos and fax cover sheets)
• Distributing and following-up on documents
• Updating databases and lists
• Proof reading and editing
• Basic support related to market research (pulling relevant data, tracking, reports)
• Processing expense reports
• Handling market research & analytics invoices and budgets
• Handling phone calls
• Arranging travel
• Leading document flow, including creating and maintaining files (electronic and hard copy)
• Other general administrative duties (processing mail, copying, etc.)
• Miscellaneous duties as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
• Strong math/finance and general business competency
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize to ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Flexibility– an ability to work well in an environment where needs and priorities are subject to much revision
• Independent self-starter with a team-player attitude
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral (ability to have a professional and courteous demeanor)
• General interest in entertainment and/or market research & analytics
