Sony Pictures Entertainment is presently looking for individuals interested in a paid traineeship in our SONY PICTURES CLASSICS ACQUISITIONS DEPARTMENT in New York City.
Sony Pictures Classics, a company that acquires, produces, and distributes films from North America and around the world, seeks a six-month, full-time, paid Acquisitions trainee.
The duration of the traineeship is six months.
Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to the following:
-writing coverage for scripts and finished films
-Research on upcoming titles
-Market research projects
Job Requirements:
-An interest in American independent & International films and the marketplace
-Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
-Foreign Language ability a plus
