To achieve this, digital advertising is a key strategic lever.
We are looking for a passionate digital media, data and performance-driven apprentice who is eager to contribute hands-on to the management and optimization of our ADV and podcast campaigns.
What you'll do:
• Plan and activate digital campaigns on Spotify (Marquee, Showcase, Audio / Video / Display Ads) and TikTok (Ad Credit), ensuring correct setup and go-live of all assets and campaigns
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, with the goal of maximizing visibility, engagement and ROI through continuous target refinement
• Manage budgets operationally, with close control over the monthly delivery of Spotify / TikTok Ad Credit campaigns and campaigns dedicated to the Filtr brand
• Handle administrative activities and billing cycles, including the creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) related to digital advertising activities across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Spotify, etc.)
• Reporting: analyze and produce periodic reports on campaign performance and the effectiveness of ADV investments
• Optimize tracking and data collection through the creation and management of dynamic links (Pre-save and Multilink) to improve conversion tracking and retargeting activities
• Activate and manage podcast campaigns, from strategic planning to technical setup of direct campaigns (pre / mid / post roll) via the Megaphone platform
• Oversee programmatic activities managed by external partners (Spotify Audience Network, YouTube AdSense), ensuring alignment with campaign objectives
• Define and continuously refine listening targets by monitoring KPIs to increase content reach and engagement
• Analyze and report on podcast performance, both organic and paid
Who you are:
• You hold a University degree in Marketing/Communications/Economics
• You have a genuine passion for music
• You have strong confidence with data and Excel, including pivot tables and logical formulas for analysis and reporting
• You have basic knowledge of digital advertising, including how major platforms work (Meta, Google, TikTok, Spotify)
• You have basic understanding of tracking fundamentals, such as pixels, UTM parameters and dynamic links (pre-save / multilink), aimed at optimizing retargeting strategies
• You speak and write English fluently
• [Nice to have]: Meta Blueprint, Google Ads or Spotify Advertising certifications. Knowledge of data visualization tools, especially Power BI.
