
A&R Coordinator

The Coordinator, A&R will support the effectiveness and efficiency of the A&R team by providing general administrative support & A&R project coordination. They will gain exposure to and then play a role in the process of finding and acquiring recording artists, songs and producers as well as leading artist development efforts for designated artists in their genre.
What you'll do:
• Find and acquire recording artists, songs and producers through demos, recordings and live performances.
• Provide administrative support to the A&R team.
• Cultivate relationships with artists and representatives.
• Solicit producers and coordinate meetings with artists and producers.
• Attend recording, mixing and mastering sessions to develop an ear for singles and key tracks.
Who you are:
• 1-3 years of experience in A&R.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects throughout the day.
• Able to work across multiple departments successfully.
• Ability to understand, manage and forecast budgets.
• Must be willing and able to attend concerts, artist appearances, and photo and video shoots as requested.
• Must be able to attend artist performances, recording sessions and rehearsals.
Salary/Benefits
$50,000 /year USD
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors.
