Talent Manager Theatrical

This is a Full Time Job

We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial manager with experience in television and film who can work independently, build strong industry relationships, and develop and manage a competitive roster of talent.

The ideal candidate has prior experience as a talent manager or agent, established industry relationships, and a strong understanding of how to identify, develop, position, and advocate for talent.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and strategically develop clients' careers in television and film

Pitch clients to talent agents, casting directors, producers, executives, networks, studios, and other industry professionals

Identify and recruit established, emerging, and developmental talent

Develop long term career strategies for clients

Maintain and grow relationships throughout the entertainment industry

Track casting opportunities and actively submit and advocate for clients

Work independently while collaborating on company opportunities and strategy


QUALIFICATIONS

Professional experience as a talent manager, talent agent, or in a comparable representation role

Strong knowledge of the television and film business

Working knowledge of Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, Casting Frontier, and related casting platforms

Existing relationships with agents, casting directors, executives, producers, and other industry professionals

Excellent communication, organization, and follow through

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently

Strong judgment, initiative, and ability to think creatively when developing opportunities for clients


HIGHLY PREFERRED

An existing roster of clients or the ability to bring and develop new business

Established industry relationships and a proven ability to generate opportunities for talent

This is a remote position offering significant flexibility and autonomy.
