Job Title: Coordinator
Department: Personal Publicity LA
Reports to: Publicist/Supervisor

Job Summary: In this role, you will work closely with Publicists and Partners to manage schedules, track media coverage, prepare press materials, and coordinate events and client moments. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, media contacts, and internal teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate details and schedules for all client related activities, including, but not limited to, booking travel, securing hair, make up and styling, overseeing budgets and confirming day today movements, both domestically and internationally.
Draft memos, servicing, schedules, and biographies on a daily basis
Maintain constant communication with the offices of studio, network and streaming executives, agents, managers, lawyers, editors, and talk show bookers
Set internal and external meeting meetings (lunches, conference calls, new business)
Keep Publicist calendar current on a daily basis.
Conduct research and prepare informational documents for client projects and potential new business.
Manage a heavy volume of email correspondence related to client activities.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Strong writing and communication skills.
Exemplary work ethic and positive attitude.
Experience with Cision, Muck Rack, and other PR software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Heightened focus and attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
A passion for pop culture, entertainment, and media
A strong understanding and knowledge of social media tools and trends (Instagram, Tik Tok, X, etc.)

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Approximately 2-3 years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing,
Communications, or a related field (including relevant internship experience); equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Prolonged periods of standing and walking during events
Driving to events, photo sessions, junkets, etc.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times (ie: boxes, carrying garment bags, luggage)
