SHE Media: Vice President, Brand Partnerships
We are seeking a highly motived player/coach serving as Vice President of Brand Partnerships to drive strategic, high-impact partnerships across our premium content, digital media and live media ecosystem. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for managing a team of sellers as well as your own book-of-business across all categories of business including Pharma, CPG, Retail and Beauty. You will be responsible for all aspects of Digital Sales focused on developing integrated, insight-led solutions that span branded content, social amplification, creator activations, experiential, and programmatic media with a focus on growing existing business as well as developing new business.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales leader with a strong understanding of how brands engage audiences through storytelling, community, and real-world experiences, while utilizing programmatic media as part of a holistic monetization strategy.
As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.
The Work:
- Develop and grow strategic advertising partnerships and sponsorship deals to reach and exceed individual sales quotas as well as those of your immediate reports.
- Serve as a strategic partner to brands and agencies, advising on audience engagement, cultural relevance and campaign effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong relationships at all levels at both the agency and the client side of the business to develop supportive SHE Media brand advocates.
- Collaborate with content, editorial, creator, marketing, and insights teams to design integrated programs aligned to client objectives and SHE Media’s platforms.
- Identify and drive new revenue opportunities through sponsorships, long-term partnerships, and tentpole programs.
- Must be comfortable presenting and speaking to large groups at client and agency meetings, articulately communicating the SHE Media value proposition.
- Works closely with all internal specialists including Integrated Marketing, Planning, Content Marketing, Events and Client Services to create and deliver effective marketing solutions for your clients.
The Fine Print:
- 10 years of online advertising sales experience
- Strategic thinker with strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet stretch sales goals in a challenging environment.
- Demonstrated expertise across branded content, social media, influencer/creator and event sales.
- Proven ability to build and grow senior-level relationships with brands and agencies.
- Demonstrates strong understanding and ability to maintain sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Some traveling is required.
