Production Manager, Feature Animation

The Production Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the production, ensuring departments remain on schedule, within budget, and working efficiently. They coordinate production activities across the remote crew and serve as the primary point of communication between creative and production departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall production schedule and milestones.
Coordinate communication between all departments.
Monitor production progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Organize virtual production meetings and track action items.
Work with department supervisors to ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with production planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Act as primary liaison with overseas production houses.
Maintain production documentation and delivery schedules.
Support the Producer and Line Producer in daily operations.

Qualifications
Experience in animation or film production management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple departments simultaneously.
Experience using cloud-based production management and collaboration tools.
Comfortable working in a fully remote production environment.
