Production Coordinator (Storyboard)

The Storyboard Production Coordinator manages the administrative workflow of the Story Department, ensuring storyboard assets, revisions, and schedules remain organized throughout production. They serve as the communication link between the Storyboard Department and the rest of the production team.

Key Responsibilities
Track storyboard progress and deadlines.
Organize digital storyboard files and revisions.
Distribute scripts, storyboard updates, and production notes.
Schedule virtual storyboard review sessions.
Maintain production records for the Story Department.
Attend and take notes in meetings in all storyboard meetings with overseas outsource studios.
Coordinate communication between storyboard artists and other departments.
Monitor deliveries and report production status.
Assist with storyboard approvals and version control.

Qualifications
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience with animation production required.
Proficiency with cloud-based collaboration and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote production environment.
