Production Coordinator (Clean-Up)

The Clean-Up Coordinator manages the production workflow for the Clean-Up Department, ensuring scenes are assigned, tracked, reviewed, and delivered on schedule. They coordinate communication between Animation, Clean-Up, Ink and Paint, and Production teams.

Key Responsibilities
Track cleanup assignments and production schedules.
Organize digital cleanup files and revisions.
Coordinate communication between departments.
Schedule review sessions and approvals.
Monitor scene deliveries and identify workflow issues.
Distribute production notes and updated materials.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Support the Clean-Up Department's day-to-day operations.

Qualifications
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with the 2D animation production pipeline.
Experience using digital production tracking and collaboration tools.
Ability to coordinate multiple deadlines in a remote production environment.
