Line Producer, Feature Animation

The Line Producer manages the production's operational, financial, and scheduling aspects, ensuring the film is completed on time and within budget. They work closely with the Producer, Production Manager, and department supervisors to allocate resources and oversee the day-to-day execution of the production.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the production schedule.
Oversee production budgets and expenditures.
Allocate crew, resources, and production assets.
Monitor departmental progress and resolve scheduling issues.
Approve production timelines and delivery plans.
Coordinate with department supervisors to maintain workflow.
Identify production risks and implement solutions.
Negotiate deals with partner studios and refer them to applicable crew members.
Ensure the remote production pipeline operates efficiently.

Qualifications
Experience producing or managing animated film productions.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills.
Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of the complete 2D animation production pipeline.
Ability to coordinate a distributed team across multiple time zones.
