The Assistant Production Accountant supports the Production Accountant by helping manage the financial records of the production. They process invoices, track expenses, assist with payroll, and maintain accurate financial documentation to help keep the film on budget.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with payroll processing for cast, crew, and contractors.
Process invoices, reimbursements, and purchase requests.
Maintain organized digital financial records.
Track departmental expenditures.
Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets.
Reconcile production expenses.
Support audits and financial reviews.
Coordinate remotely with vendors and production staff.

Qualifications
Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
Strong organizational and mathematical skills.
Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Previous experience with animation and/or film production.
