Art Director, Feature Animation

The Art Director establishes and maintains the overall visual style of the film. They oversee the film's artistic direction, ensuring that characters, environments, props, color design, and visual storytelling remain cohesive throughout production.

Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the film's artistic vision.
Supervise Character Design, Background Design, Prop Design, Color Design, and Effects Design departments.
Review and approve production artwork.
Collaborate with the Director to develop the film's visual identity.
Ensure visual consistency across all sequences.
Provide artistic guidance to department leads.
Coordinate with Layout, Animation, Cleanup, and Compositing teams.
Approve revisions that affect the film's visual presentation.

Qualifications
Extensive experience in visual development, art direction, or production design.
Strong understanding of composition, color theory, perspective, and design.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
2+ years experience in animation.
