Musical Theater Talent Manager

This is a commission-based opportunity only and is best suited for professionals who are already actively working in the theater space and ready to align with an established platform while continuing to build and monetize their own roster.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a roster of musical theater clients (Broadway, tours, regional, etc.)
• Submit and pitch talent through:
• Breakdown Services (Breakdowns)
• Casting platforms relevant to theater
• Direct casting and industry outreach
• Maintain strong relationships with:
• Casting directors
• Agents
• Theater creatives and production teams
• Strategically develop and position clients for theatrical opportunities
• Communicate consistently with clients and oversee submissions, auditions, and bookings
• Collaborate with internal team when needed while maintaining autonomy over your division

Qualifications
• Prior experience as a Talent Manager, Agent, or Assistant in theater representation
• Strong knowledge of the musical theater market (Broadway, touring, regional)
• Proficiency in:
• Breakdown Services
• Casting Networks / other applicable platforms
• Existing client roster and/or active industry relationships REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently and manage a division
• Strong communication, organization, and pitching skills
