Schreck Rose Dapello Adams Berlin & Dunham LLP, is a top boutique entertainment law firm, with offices in New York City and Beverly Hills, serving clients in the motion picture, television and Broadway theatre industry. We are seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented ''Assistant'' with experience providing thorough and skillful support to a senior-level executive. The position serves as the principal gatekeeper to Senior Partner, tactfully managing the needs of a busy desk (phones, travel, correspondence, etc.) while also providing some personal support.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3-5 years of professional senior level administrative support experience required; supporting a high-level partner/executive. Some experience as a personal assistant is a plus. Legal and/or Entertainment Industry experience a huge plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel an absolute must.
The ideal candidate:
• will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• strong phone manner
• top-tier organizational skills
• an intuitive sense of discretion and loads of common sense.
• Must be able to learn quickly
• multi-task effectively
• prioritize, and be flexible enough to shift those priorities as needed
• A friendly demeanor and positive attitude are crucial
Successful candidates can interact with integrity and grace across all levels, both in and outward-facing.
