Associate Attorney

This is a Full Time Job

Our small boutique music law firm seeks an associate attorney with a minimum of 3 years experience in transactional music law. The firm's partner has been practicing for over 15 years and we represent a variety of artists/bands, labels, publishers, producers, managers, TV/film licensing companies and other types of music related startups. Applicant must be proficient in redlining and drafting agreements, with the ability to work independently. Any experience in corporate or IP is a plus. Part time and/or full time positions are available, compensation dependent on experience and whether part time or full time working hours. While we have office space based in Westchester, we are open to flexible arrangements regarding work-from-home. Candidates must be Tri-State area based.

Requirements-

-3 year minimum experience in transactional music law
-Proficiency in redlining and drafting agreements
-Ability to take direction and work independently
-Strong communication skills
-Tri-State area based although the position will be primarily work-from-home

Compensation-

-Dependent on full time or part time commitment and experience level
