Producer - Short Film

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Producer to focus exclusively on securing the budget for Oh Louisiana, a 15-minute southern gothic horror short film.

Key Responsibilities:
Successfully raising the budget.
Developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
Working closely with the director and co-producer to establish a pre-production schedule, with the aim to begin filming in New Orleans by the beginning of spring 2026.
Driving and managing the crowdfunding campaign using our existing Give Lively platform.
Leveraging the film's fiscal sponsorship to solicit tax-deductible donations.

Note: This role is exclusively focused on financing strategy; the Producer will not be responsible for on-set logistics.

Qualifications:
Proven experience producing/financing short films with comparable budgets.
Demonstrated success in fundraising for independent film projects.
Must be primarily based in New York City or Los Angeles for ease of collaboration and network access.
