The Project Coordinator has a crucial role in supporting our agency's operations and is responsible for tracking upcoming film and TV productions, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, agents, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Tracking:
• Monitor industry news, production schedules, and other announcements to stay informed about upcoming projects.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of production details, including shoot dates, locations, and key personnel.
• Collaborate with agents to identify potential opportunities for our clients.
• Handle data entry tasks related to talent submissions, contracts, and project details.
• Prepare and distribute internal reports to keep the agents and staff informed and up to date.
Communication:
• Serve as a point of contact between the agency, producers, and production teams.
• Communicate project updates, new project announcements, and other relevant information.
• Answer and place calls, demonstrating excellent phone skills and professional etiquette.
Record-Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of productions being tracked, client submissions, and follow-up.
• Organize and archive relevant documents for easy retrieval.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Resourcefulness and persistence in pursuing opportunities
• Familiarity with the entertainment industry, studios, streaming companies, and networks
