The Business Operations Assistant position is a critical position and opportunity to support our executives and investor group.
Reporting to the Investor Relations Sr. Manager, this role will be responsible for providing administrative support, working with SS&E staff, investors, vendors and others to execute projects, events, and tasks from start to finish. The ideal candidate will carry a multitude of qualifications including but not limited to: ability to maintain confidential information, handle multiple tasks, priorities, and projects while delivering outstanding service and partnership with collaborators and stakeholders alike.
The Business Operations Assistant will also work Spurs game nights handling hospitality suites, as well as assisting the executive team with various projects, events and/or duties.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support as it relates to files, mail, invoicing, department inventory, correspondence, etc. for the investor relations and executive team.
• Service and engage with a diverse group of executives, clients, and visitors as well as internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide support on Spurs game nights including but not limited to hosting, handling tickets/passes, managing catering, and ensuring that all guests are taken care of.
• Assist as needed with different Investor Relations projects and tasks throughout the year.
• Support in the execution of high-priority tasks, events, and initiatives with strong attention to detail, proactivity and professionalism.
• Assist, as needed, with other executive business operations tasks and special projects.
Who You Are:
• Experience and proficiency in working with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Availability to work during daytime business hours and some game nights (including weekends), onsite at the Frost Bank Center.
• Demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy.
• Strong teamwork aptitude required.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• The ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Stand/Sit/Walk for long periods of time.
