Residuals Processing Specialist (Residuals Processing Trust & Estates)
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
The Residuals Processing Specialist is responsible for processing residual payments received from studio and payroll houses. Payments are processed through methods that include data entry and exception reports.

• Pre-Processing of production and payment information.
• Data entry of checks and schedules.
• Exception Reports
• OCRs, performers and check corrections, markets and SSN look-ups.
• Edits
• Balancing of money between checks and schedules, and properly linking payments and performers.
• Documentum preparation of schedules for scanning.
• Assist with new set-ups of new performers, corporations and productions.
• Moving check and payment schedule trays for scanning, processing and posting.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.

• Must be able to work in a challenging environment where constructive feedback from others is encouraged
• Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined by SAG-AFTRA’s attendance policy
• Must be available and willing to work extended hours per day or per week, including weekends, as SAG-AFTRA determines is necessary to meet its business needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Oracle a plus
Certificates, licenses, and/or registrations:
• N/A
TESTING REQUIREMENTS:
• Basic skills: spelling, math, grammar and filing – passing score: 76%
• 10-Key test
• Typing test 35 WPM
• Word test (basic) – passing score: 76%

• Employees are required to work in the state/location indicated on the job posting and relocation assistance is not provided. SAG-AFTRA operates on a 35-hour workweek schedule.
• As part of the selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview.
• A voluntary hybrid work schedule may be authorized for some positions. This schedule requires a minimum of two to four days per week of in-office attendance. SAG-AFTRA reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time based on business needs.
