2. Theatrical, Educational, and Institutional Bookings
Oversee and manage all booking relationships-including theatrical exhibitors, educational institutions, museums, and non-profit venues.
Maintain and grow relationships with major cinemas domestically and in select international cities such as Toronto, London, and Paris.
Strategically sequence city rollouts and ensure alignment with marketing, PR, community, and awards strategy.
3. Digital Release & Platform Operations
Design and implement release models across TVOD, EST, SVOD, AVOD, FAST, and specialty digital platforms.
Evaluate and secure partnerships with Apple, Amazon, MUBI, Criterion, Vimeo OTT, and emerging regional streamers.
Build pricing, windowing, and revenue models that align with Rich Spirit's cultural positioning.
4. Community Activation & Partnership Strategy
Conceptualize and execute community-driven screenings, dialogues, and cultural partnerships that deepen the film's presence in each market.
Develop frameworks for collaborations with local organizations, arts institutions, universities, brands, and cultural leaders.
Create scalable activation playbooks for future Rich Spirit releases.
5. Dealmaking & Sales
Negotiate licensing agreements, MGs, revenue splits, and windowing structures.
Provide guidance on long-term rights management, collections, and reporting systems.
Oversee global deliverables, versioning, and localization workflows.
6. Operational Infrastructure & Systems Building
Establish internal distribution systems, including:
Rights + windowing management
Delivery & QC pipelines
Sales reporting & analytics
Platform onboarding
Develop SOPs that Rich Spirit can utilize across its entire future slate.
7. Market Intelligence & Innovation
Track emerging distribution trends, new platforms, and international market shifts.
Identify nontraditional opportunities, including museums, cultural institutions, brands, and cross-sector collaborations.
Push the boundaries of traditional distribution and design new, culturally rooted pathways.
Who You Are
*10-15+ years in film distribution, international sales, or digital platforms.
*Deep experience managing theatrical and digital releases, with global exposure.
*Strong network of exhibitor, platform, and distributor relationships.
A strategist who can also execute. Entrepreneurial, innovative, and aligned with artist-first distribution.
