Labor Contracts and Contributions Manager
Revolution Entertainment Services
Burbank, CAThis is a Full Time Job
Position Summary
The Labor Contracts and Contributions Manager is responsible for overseeing union and guild labor contract administration and contributions compliance for entertainment productions. This role ensures accurate interpretation, implementation, and maintenance of collective bargaining agreements, fringe benefit rates, and contribution reporting. The Manager works cross-functionally with Management, Payroll, HR, Finance, and Production teams to ensure contractual accuracy, system integrity, and timely remittance of union and guild contributions.
This is a hands-on, working-manager position rather than a primarily supervisory or advisory one. While the title includes the word ''Manager,'' the role functions as an individual contributor at its core: the successful candidate will personally perform a substantial volume of routine clerical, data-entry, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks on a daily basis, in addition to the analytical and compliance responsibilities described below. Direct supervisory authority is limited, and the position does not involve the practice of law or the rendering of legal advice. Applicants should expect that detailed, repetitive, and hands-on administrative work is a core and recurring part of this job.
