Comedy Videographer and Script Writer

This is a Part Time Job

We're hiring a videographer and script writer to work directly with Adam. This is a hands-on production role. You're on set with Adam 3 to 4 days a week filming, and you're in the writers' seat between shoots coming up with premises and scripts. If you're funny, fast, and know how short-form comedy actually works, this is a good one.

What you'll do:

• Write skit premises and scripts for short-form comedy, dating and relationship focused
• Film with Adam on location around LA, 3 to 4 days per week
• Run camera, sound, and lighting on a small, fast-moving setup
• Edit skits for TikTok and Instagram Reels with sharp pacing and comedic timing
• Pitch ideas constantly, we want someone always bringing concepts to the table
• Keep up with what's trending and moving in short-form comedy

Who we're looking for:

• LA-based and able to film in person 3 to 4 days a week
• A genuine comedy brain, you can write a premise and land a punchline
• Strong on camera operation and short-form editing (Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci)
• You understand what makes a skit work in the first 3 seconds
• Fast turnaround, comfortable shooting and cutting on tight timelines
• Bonus: your own comedy content or a reel of skits you've written or shot

The structure:

Start Date: Rolling, available immediately
Schedule: 3 to 4 days per week, in person around Los Angeles
Pay: $20 per hour
Reports to Reilly Talent, working day to day with Adam
