Description
Post Hub is currently seeking a fun, meticulous, process-driven Senior Manager, Film and Television Delivery for domestic distribution. This is a high-profile position dealing directly with film and tv producers, sales agents, and global distributors. As the leading voice of several large domestic accounts, you will be coordinating with your team all incoming materials and outgoing delivery with speed, efficiency, and clear communication. Acting as the hub for the Hub, you'll report to the CEO, have a window into all departments, help us better service our wide variety of clients, and become an important voice in the growth of the company.

Your Responsibilities and Duties include:
• Immediate client interaction and reporting
• Heavy email communication and follow up
• Managing a remote team of support personnel
• Coordinate legal and physical delivery
• Onboarding new producers and clients
• Effectively communicating inbound/outbound status
• Reviewing delivery schedules and light review of inbound documentation
• Communicating with our internal lab and outside vendors
• Provide an exceptional experience to our clients
• Possible travel to festivals and markets

Skills and Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in film and television delivery
• Managing a team
• A basic understanding of post-production
• Reliable transportation; willing to come into the office as needed
• Possess exceptional customer service skills
• A team player in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with incredible follow-up
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• The ability to utilize, schedule, and navigate virtual meetings via MS Teams, Slack, Zoom, etc.
• Highly dependable self-starter, able to juggle multiple tasks under pressure, prioritize and respond in a composed professional
manner.
• Resourceful with great problem-solving skills.

Our Preferences (but not the end of the world if you didn't):
• Possession of a bachelor's degree
• An understanding of the editorial process and files such as MOV, MP4, H264, etc.
• Multi-Lingual.

Salary and Benefits
• Salary range is $85k to $105k based on experience.

JUST A FEW MORE DETAILS:
Currently, this position is primarily remote as we all work from home (WFH), however, there are days we are all in the office as a team. It's not often, but it does happen. The office is in Woodland Hills, CA.
