Executive / Personal Assistant to CEO

Point of No Return Films is looking for a highly organized Executive & Personal Assistant to the founder and president. You will work directly with the founder, managing both personal and company affairs. Responsibilities include assisting with personal and professional daily duties; running errands as needed; managing all personal and professional scheduling, appointments, and calendars; maintaining email correspondences and calendar; booking travel; providing updates for tasks as needed; joining meetings / calls as needed and taking detailed notes. This job requires someone with a proactive work ethic and an attention to detail. It's suggested that candidates have at least one year of executive or personal assistant experience.
