Travel & Expense Specialist

PMC: Travel & Expense Specialist:

We are adding to our team and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Travel & Expense Specialist to manage daily travel and expense operations. This role focuses on accurate expense processing, policy compliance, and seamless travel bookings, with strong experience in Coupa, Egencia and NetSuite (NS).

The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of travel management, expense reconciliation, and MS Excel, along with strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Travel & Expense Manager in handling travel arrangements (air, lodgings, etc.) and operations through Egencia
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts or rates with travel service providers
- Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
- Drive continuous improvement of travel programs
- Process T&E reports and handle reimbursements through Coupa
- Handle a high volume of emails and inquiries from vendors and employees
- Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
- Must be tech-savvy, detail-oriented and a team-player
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Travel and tourism experience is a plus
- Egencia Experience
- Coupa Experience
- Production and Event Travel, Travel Agency experience is a plus.
- Accounts Payable experience is a plus
- MS Excel skills
- NetSuite Experience
