Premium Hospitality Program Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team. In this Part Time role, you will support all facets of Guest Services for our new Premium Hospitality Experience Program, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.

Your Role on the Team
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and white-glove guest service during ticketed events at Mortgage Matchup Center
• Welcome and guide Premium guests in various areas of the arena
• Scan tickets and distribute credentials for premium spaces
• Escort guests throughout clubs, suites and premium seating locations
• Assist with VIP events and guest experiences
• Learn and execute Premium operational standards
• Work collaboratively with other departments of Security, F&B, Marketing, Ticket Sales, Global Partnerships, and Premium Experience teams
• Participate in leadership development training classes
• Present a final capstone project at the conclusion of the program

Your Skills and Experience
• Current junior or senior students pursuing a bachelor's degree in hospitality, Tourism, Sports Business, Event Management or related field OR recent graduates (within two years)
• Previous experience in premium hospitality, concierge services, guest relations, hotel operations, theme parks or related fields preferred
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clientele at any time
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and situational awareness
• Excellent situational awareness, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays during the NBA season (October – May)
