Administrative Assistant, Traffic Support (Part-time)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant, Traffic Support to join our team. In this role, you will support all facets of Traffic Support for Player 15 Group, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.
Your Role on the Team
• Support uniform ordering and assist with distribution
• Coordinate department calendars, management meetings, and meeting notes/recaps
• Assist with onboarding activities, including garage access credentials for Player 15 and Arizona Diamondbacks facilities
• Support monthly parking operations by maintaining agreements, payment logs, invoice records, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records while safeguarding confidential financial, business, team member, and client information
• Other duties as assigned
Your Skills and Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and internal systems
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• One (1) year of administrative, customer service, parking, or related experience preferred
• Experience in the parking industry is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred but not required
• Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time
• This position is mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%
• S-Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
• Must be able to carry on with a conversation by the phone, email, and in-person
• Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
