Office Receptionist

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking someone who can provide exceptional customer service, exhibit a high degree of organization while prioritizing tasks, and problem-solving aptitude. This individual will manage the front desk for our Florida Operations at BayCare Ballpark throughout the year, including Spring Training and Threshers season.

The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with occasional weekends during Spring Training. This position will be located on-site at BayCare Ballpark in Clearwater, FL.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• General office duties include, but are not limited to, filing, mailing, faxing, copying, and answering incoming phone calls.
• Provide customer service to all walk-in customers, clients and vendors.
• Log all incoming mail and deliveries to the appropriate destination at BayCare Ballpark & Carpenter Complex.
• Maintain security protocols by following procedures, monitoring the logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
• Perform various clerical and administrative duties in partnership with Phillies Florida management.
• Provide administrative support for other departments as needed.
• Print and organize new hire ID badges.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5 years' experience as a Receptionist.
• Highly professional with strong customer service experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate office equipment (e.g., copiers/scanners, postage, printers etc.).
• Demonstrate ability to make sound decisions.
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to include holidays, weekends, and evenings as needed.
