The Publicist will drive strategic publicity efforts for Peacock and Bravo, supporting the Entertainment Unscripted Communications team. This role is responsible for generating maximum, positive media coverage across streaming and cable platforms, with a focus on unscripted series and specials. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic communicator, creative strategist, and collaborative partner who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as media strategist, campaign planner, and spokesperson for assigned Peacock and Bravo programming
• Develop and execute comprehensive publicity campaigns tailored to the unique audiences of streaming (Peacock) and cable (Bravo)
• Cultivate strong relationships with talent, producers, PR agencies, media outlets, and internal stakeholders to ensure impactful press coverage
• Coordinate interviews, press junkets, and photo shoots across digital and traditional media
• Create and distribute press materials including bios, press releases, talking points, pitch letters, and story synopses
• Proactively pitch stories to trade, consumer, and entertainment press to support programming launches and ongoing coverage
• Respond to daily media inquiries and serve as a key source of information for assigned shows
• Plan and execute promotional events, such as press conferences, screenings, and branded activations
• Track and manage publicity budgets for assigned series
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at Peacock and Bravo to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
• Monitor media trends and identify opportunities to elevate content and talent visibility
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in entertainment publicity, preferably with exposure to both streaming and cable environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven success in pitching and securing national and local media coverage
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different stages of production

Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
