The Program Coordinator, Creative Operations at Peacock is a dynamic, production-savvy, and highly organized individual. The successful candidate provides program management support for impactful initiatives that target improvements to scale, sustainability, and efficiency of Peacock's creative marketing operations. This position requires excellent time management, team-player mentality, and a problem-solving attitude, as this role will collaborate across key Marketing stakeholders and manage multiple projects at once.
The Program Coordinator will report to Project Manager, Social Creative Operations and will take on a diversity of projects spanning the Marketing organization, including Creative, Social, Publicity, Media, Design, Editorial, Platform, Finance, and Legal. A curious and resourceful learner and commitment to building team culture are an absolute must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project tasks and support operational improvements to creative marketing efforts, from campaign development to social creative production
• Support requirements gathering and drafting program plans, outreaching to core partners as needed
• Provide clear and consistent communication of program and project status, holding key players accountable; Maintain project trackers
• Create and edit documentation resources, presentations, agendas, and communications
• Manage vendor onboarding and invoicing; Help track budgets
• Liaise with Marketing partners and campaign teams (Originals, Brand, Films, and Sports) to identify opportunities to improve operational processes
• Represent Creative Operations and advocate for project management standards and best practices
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree level or equivalent
• 1 years of experience working on marketing and/or creative projects; Experience in change management and/or process improvement initiatives a plus
• Basic understanding of marketing campaign development and creative production workflow; Knowledge of project management methodologies and production tools (e.g. Airtable, Frame)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor to all levels of an organization across a variety of mediums (e.g., email, meetings, presentations, Slack)
• Proven ability to coordinate team members across teams and locations
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Work, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint

Salary range $47,500 - $60,000
