Paramount Tech is hiring a Systems Integration Analyst for its HyperAutomation team to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the employee experience. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who are interested in combining AI, RPA, and system integration to modernize business processes across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI copilots, persona-based agents, and automation workflows using Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, and related platforms.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt chains, and orchestration logic within enterprise automation frameworks.
• Document business logic, process flows, and technical designs to identify and formalize automation opportunities.
• Support integrations between AI agents, enterprise systems, and RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, ServiceNow, and Oracle HR.
• Contribute to prompt governance, model evaluation, testing, and responsible AI compliance practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable automation deployments.
Basic Qualifications
• Over 1 year of experience (including internships or project work) in software development, RPA, or AI/ML engineering.
• Hands-on exposure to Python, REST APIs, or automation platforms (Automation Anywhere preferred).
• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to process design and data flow.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Additional Qualifications
• Understanding of Azure AI, OpenAI services, or comparable AI Hyperscalers.
• Experience working with enterprise systems integrations (ServiceNow, Oracle HR, or similar).
• Understanding of prompt engineering, model tuning, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and environment management.
• Proficient collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
