People Transformation Consultant - Paramount Streaming

As the People Transformation Consultant, you will lead and proactively drive multiple programs and strengthen our data-driven approach to make people decisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders to ensure successful governance and management of projects sponsored by Human Resources. Your primary focus will be on creating and driving the execution of strategic projects related to workforce planning, organization effectiveness, productivity mapping, implementation of new digital solutions, to name a few. You will help Paramount’s streaming business to unlock value and make evidence-based decisions which will influence our HR and business strategy.

Specifically, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Design the Program governance framework and lead management of projects within Human Resources, ensuring alignment with our objectives and strategy.
• Spearhead workforce planning efforts by analyzing current workforce demographics, skill gaps, business plans, long range financial plans and business strategy to create real-time and predictive workforce plans supported by productivity mapping.
• Collaborate with the program managers in HR, Finance, Technology etc. to define program scope, objectives, success measures and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, dependencies, resource allocation, and risk mitigation approaches.
• Establish productivity benchmarks and metrics through dashboards to discover trends and drive key business and workforce decisions.
• Leverage data analytics to understand how we hire and how we work (productivity, performance, engagement and effectiveness) across a complex matrix organization.

In this role, we are looking for a candidate with an analytical and collaborative mindset. Someone who has a well-organized and structured approach, has advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills and strong visual, analytical, and verbal communication skills.

Basic Qualifications

• Have extensive experience in Project Management and/or Management Consulting – previous exposure to HR and Financial Metrics is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of statistics, financial modeling, and people analytics.
• Blend of business perspective with knowledge of finance.
• You take ownership and ‘get things done’
• Take pride in building ROI business cases.
• Bring strong skills with Project Management tools.
• Have a natural way of successfully engaging your stakeholder group.
• Can navigate in a large, diverse, and global matrix-organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
