This is a Full Time Job
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team to support the EVP/Head of Communications for Paramount’s TV Media Group, and EVP of Communications for CBS Studios. The ideal candidate will have solid communication, coordination, collaboration, and prioritization skills to support a dynamic desk.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Provides administrate support to the TV Media Group’s top communications officer, who reports directly to the Chair of TV Media, as well as provide support for the EVP, Communications, CBS Studios. Manages EVP’s calendar, travel, and schedules meetings.
• Interacts with senior management, press and with various divisions within Paramount and external constituents.
• Reconciles expense reports and orders department supplies as needed.
• Serves as a conduit between the various Paramount Communications groups by acting as a resource for information and maintains the flow of information.
• Prepares correspondence, decks and various other materials as directed.
• Responsible for screening and handling calls.
• Manages, tracks and processes invoices and department budgets.
Basic Qualifications
• 3 years of previous experience in the entertainment industry is required
Additional Qualifications:
• College degree preferred
• Must have the ability to communicate tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
• Must have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Must have the ability to organize and schedule work
• Must have the ability to work well under time constraints
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks
• Skilled in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook
