In this role, you will:
• Provide end-to-end back-office support for direct CP licensing deals across assigned territories, including deal input, tracking, approvals coordination, and workflow management in Salesforce and internal systems,
• Manage day-to-day communication with licensees and Master Toy partners to ensure smooth operations and timely execution,
• Support contract administration, documentation, timeline monitoring, and proactive renewals, while ensuring accuracy, structure, and compliance across all licensing processes
• Review and process Nutrition Forms for Food & Beverage agreements to ensure regulatory and nutrition compliance standards are met
• Support product development and approval processes for key licensees in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Legal, Quality, and Operations to ensure strong go-to-market execution
• Partner with the Retail Director and marketing teams to coordinate and execute localized retail campaigns, in-store activations, trade shows, and B2B/B2C events aligned with brand and strategic objectives,
• Develop and localize POS materials, displays, and promotional assets, managing marketing approvals to ensure full alignment with licensing and brand standards,
• Act as a key liaison between CP, licensees, and retail partners, building strong relationships, aligning on brand messaging and promotional plans, and co-creating tailored marketing and sales support initiatives to drive visibility and sell-through,
• Maintain visibility of CP properties across territories and retail channels while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance coordination, and support overall business objectives.
We are looking for people who have:
• Experience in consumer products, sales operations, retail marketing, or coordination roles – ideally within an international or multi-market environment,
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex processes,
• Ability to balance multiple and changing priorities,
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills,
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales and market data to support informed decision-making,
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), or the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools,
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach, with a willingness to take initiative and continuously improve ways of working,
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
