Job Title: Background Designer
Full-time Position

Oddbot Studios has an exciting new opportunity for a Background Designer to join its team on an animated show.

Responsibilities

• Generates background designs, floor plans and any other background-related art that the CG production may require, ensuring style and quality of show is met
• Complete all rough, revised and final designs necessary within all assigned deadlines
• Resolve design problems with creative supervisors
• Communicate progress of work to appropriate production staff
• Ensure all deadlines are met

Qualifications/Requirements

• • Must demonstrate proficiency in style of show
• Strong background design skills
• Relevant drawing experience necessary
• Thorough understanding of perspective
• Knowledge of applicable design software and hardware
• Strong time-management skills
• Work well under pressure
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to multitask a plus
