POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision from the Director of Marketing and the Vice President of Business Development, the New York Film Academy (NYFA) the Digital Advertising Strategist will create and coordinate advertising efforts for NYFA; design advertisement to meet these goals; and placing targeted consumer advertisements on search engines, social media, or other digital platforms. Additional duties include optimizing strategies and implement different versions for different markets based on performance analysis.
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The day-to-day duties required of this position may vary.
Manage and maintain site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting
Take complete ownership of the performance of all PPC by implement, monitor and optimize strategies and campaign effectiveness on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis with a focus on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Bing.
Keep up-to-date and understand the changing advertising design trends across all social platforms you must be able to work with and communicate these changes to design.
Utilize the following platform features and their reporting tools and capabilities to provide recommendations for business, marketing and advertising planning and strategies:
Google AdWords
Google Analytics
Facebook Business Manager Platform
Microsoft Advertising
Twitter Ads
CRM Reporting.
Keep up-to-date with industry figures and trends of competitors as well as our audience.
Seek out, negotiate, and present management with new digital advertising opportunities that best target our audiences, on a regular basis.
Coordinate end-to-end efforts pertaining to NYFAs marketing and advertising strategy
Create and analyze retroactive reporting of marketing and advertising efforts identifying their ROI and effectiveness enrolling students. This is to be done on a regular and scheduled basis.
Assist with general marketing tasks, as required.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing, the Vice President of Business Development or senior management.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATION:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field. Experience may substitute for education up to four (4) years.
Two (2) years in Marketing experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of: Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads & CRMs is a preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially in Excel and Pivot tables.
