Position Overview
The On-Field MC is the energy behind the ballpark experience! This person helps bring the stadium to life by entertaining fans between every inning. If you love being in front of a crowd, have a big personality, and can get a stadium full of fans excited, this role is for you. This position is designed for undergraduate and graduate college students.

What You'll Do
• Be the voice and personality of our between-inning entertainment.
• Host fun on-field promotions, contests, and fan games throughout the game.
• Keep the energy high and the crowd engaged from first pitch to the final out.
• Use a microphone to interact with and entertain thousands of fans.
• Work with our Game Day Operations team to create fun skits, bits, and fan competitions.
• Select fans from the crowd to participate in games and contests.
• Bring enthusiasm, humor, and creativity to every promotion.
• Help create a memorable, family-friendly atmosphere at the ballpark.

Who We're Looking For
• Someone with a big personality and great stage presence.
• Comfortable speaking on a microphone and performing in front of large crowds.
• Quick on their feet and able to improvise in a live environment.
• Energetic, outgoing, and excited about interacting with fans of all ages.
• Team player who can work closely with game day staff and promotions crew.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and home games during the season.

Bonus Points If You
• Have experience in hosting, entertainment, public speaking, or live events.
• Love sports and the electric atmosphere of a packed ballpark.
• Have creative ideas for new fan games, skits, or promotions.
