This is a Full Time Job
Responsibilities:
• Directly assist Head Writer and Senior Producer for urgent tasks and schedule needs.
• Assist Writer's Coordinator in creation and distribution of material for daily Creative Meeting.
• Update archives including databases for various bits/games.
• Take notes in daily meetings with writers.
• Make copies of monologue documents throughout the day and distribute final monologue to studio floor.
• Stock Writers' Room and maintain general upkeep.
• Distribute writers' scripts for daily studio rehearsals.
• Tracks monologue and show elements in database.
• Assist writers with any internet research or material proofing.
• Oversee the interns as they handle production runs.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of prior experience on a TV show (preferably at a studio or network).
• Minimum 1 year experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work at 30 Rockefeller Center.
• Must be 18 years or older.
