Commercial Strategy & Operations Intern (Immediate Start)
Responsibilities
The role requires a highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills. The individual must be agile and able to juggle multiple responsibilities as well as reliably meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be:
Qualifications/Requirements
Key responsibilities will include:
• Proactively assisting the team in tracking KPIs & reviewing various aspects of ongoing projects
• Owning and identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and executing analysis to translate into meaningful insights
• Recording territory data insights from enhanced business intelligence tools & operational tools
• Conducting analytics and reviews relating to commercial operation implementations to aid decision making
• Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies
• Completing short term key business assignments to help drive the long-term team's objectives
• Assisting in providing key market analysis & presentations as required
• Taking ownership of designated regular reporting, ensuring up to date and accurate information is available to the relevant team & other stakeholders in a timely manner
• Coordinating the compilation and delivery of detailed & accurate presentations for senior executive visits and conferences
• Keeping up to date with international business and industry issues
• Manage team's SharePoint site
• Attending meetings with various divisions within the EMEA, UK and US as required
• Supporting team with admin
• Assisting with ad hoc project and tasks
Required Characteristics:
• Excellent analytical and/ or modelling skills
• Strong communicator both verbal and written
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Powerpoint & Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI or equivalent visualization tool a plus
• Rigorous, attention to detail & process oriented
• Reliable and ability to work independently
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Passion for film
