Responsibilities
•Oversee global systems and processes, including knowledge management system, reporting capabilities, and Business intelligence integration in order to present enhanced insights and data drivers in support of the Executive Search team, HR colleagues, and business leaders.
•Own global CRM, including document workflow and processes; identifying new and/or improved solutions; refine and establish best practices to streamline recruitment processes in accordance with strict confidentiality and all relevant regulations
•Champion importance and value of data capture and quality; Collaborate with Executive Search Team to provide various trainings and controls to ensure data integrity
•Perform monthly, weekly, and quarterly audits of Executive Search in order to improve real-time data capture and ensure quality control.
•Implement and drive Business Intelligence tool and system integration, migration and change management
•Build global reports, dashboards, metrics, analytics, and scorecards in support of executive talent planning
•Analyze data and draw conclusions to drive strategy, optimization and identify new opportunities for Executive Search talent planning
•Partner with talent team, where appropriate (i.e., ATS)
•Collaborate with various corporate groups to champion executive search initiatives (i.e., leverage existing resources or help guide implementation of new tools for our team)
•Own vendor relationships and payment processing
Qualifications
/Requirements
•Minimum 5 years of experience managing an ATS, CRM, or HRIS technology (i.e., Encore, huge plus, but not required)
•Minimum 2 years of experience managing BI or data-driven tools (Tableau/DOMO/PowerBI etc.)
•Experience implementing, modifying, and/or upgrading systems and processes
•Hands-on experience working with sensitive and confidential data
•Role based in New York
