The Specialist, AVOD Growth & Digital Distribution will support the editorial management and optimization of 10 YouTube channels. This role focuses on channel organization, video optimization, quality control, and analytics-driven growth, while also supporting the creation of high-impact digital assets to enhance audience engagement and brand consistency. The position serves as a key creative and operational partner to ensure content is presented in a way that drives engagement, brand consistency, and audience growth across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day management of 20 YouTube channels within YouTube Studio and CMS, ensuring accurate organization, tagging, metadata optimization, and overall channel hygiene
• Oversee content packaging and presentation, maintaining editorial consistency and brand alignment across all channels
• Coordinate publishing calendars, asset delivery timelines, and cross-functional approvals to ensure on-time execution
• Recommend editorial, packaging, and programming strategies to improve discoverability and audience growth
• Conduct quality control reviews of uploads, playlists, descriptions, end screens, and community posts
• Communicate effectively across digital, marketing, production, and brand teams to execute publishing and distribution workflows
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support related to channel management and digital asset organization
• Design and optimize custom thumbnails that drive click-through rate and audience engagement for streaming platforms, including YouTube, FAST, telemundo.com, APP, other social media platforms
• Adapt and reproduce existing key art using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
• Develop templates, banners, end boards, and assets to support brand consistency and promotional initiatives
• Partner with internal teams to translate promotional materials into compelling digital assets for YouTube and streaming platforms
• Present innovative packaging and visual strategies to enhance performance and brand presence
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• Fluent in English; intermediate Spanish proficiency (able to understand, read, and write)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design
• Broad knowledge of art and design fundamentals, including graphic design, typography, photography, and illustration
• Ability to problem solve, visualize and execute creative options
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, digital media, marketing
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced digital environment
• Must be available to work all shifts, including early mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, late breaking news, and hurricane emergencies
• Communicate professionally with outside partners and company employees in various capacities
• Must be a self-starter and proactive in identifying and resolving issues
Desired Characteristics

• Deep familiarity with YouTube trends, algorithm dynamics, and audience growth strategies
• Proven ability to develop compelling visual styles that elevate brand presence while driving measurable results

• Experience working within a media, entertainment, or streaming organization
• Should be curious and eager to develop and test new ideas
• Ability to adapt easily to frequent changes in project direction, priorities, and deadlines
Additional Requirements:
