Overview:
In this role, you will be a key member of the team, responsible for, but not limited to:
• Overseeing foundational immigration compliance requirements to ensure processes and records meet jurisdictional standards
• Providing strategic immigration advice to support our businesses, productions, and events
Responsibilities:
• Manage I-9 inquiries and provide guidance to ensure compliant outcomes
• Review immigration and civil documentation for compliance purposes
• Maintain immigration compliance records and conduct regular audits
• Draft, review, and file visa applications with consulates
• Evaluate employee and candidate profiles to provide comprehensive assessments to stakeholders on visa options, sponsorship lifecycle requirements, and projected costs and timelines
• Instruct outside counsel as appropriate and engage in high-touch case management
• Maintain accurate records, and generate regular compliance and operational reports
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• 5 years of business immigration experience, including 2 years managing immigration compliance requirements
• Defined approach to immigration case management
• Ability to explain complex legal principles simply
• Keen attention to detail and deadlines
• Proactive approach and capacity to act with initiative
• Fluent Spanish language skills strongly preferred
Additional Requirements:
This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the New York, NY office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
