Editor/ Producer

This is a Full Time Job

This position is responsible for editing and producing on-air promotions for MundoFOX. Also responsible for production and editing of ad sales related pieces, interstitials, and other kind of on-air and off-air promotional elements. Responsibilities include effective editing of video, audio and graphic materials, maintaining the network overall brand and image. May also include tagging of topical promos and creating multiple versions of promos. Remains informed of industry trends in video production and on-air promotions. Continuously develops knowledge and technical understanding of non-linear editing system.

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent related experience, plus a minimum of 5+ years experience with non linear editing on Final Cut Pro and/or Avid.
• 3+ years of TV PROMOTION experience in a Promotion or Creative Services Department.
• Proven ability to come up with creative Promotional concepts and see them from ''Concept to completion'', utilizing video and graphic elements to consistently produce compelling and captivating on-air promotions.
• Experience with ad sales related long-form production is required.
• Experience with HD camera shooting a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Working knowledge of Apple Software and Adobe Creative Suite necessary, as well Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and produce creative, quality product under tight deadline pressure is essential.

• The ability to work in a creative team environment and share ideas and handle constructive criticism is required..

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed in Spanish and English.
