• Provide leadership with clear visibility into project status, risks, and capacity.
What do you need to succeed?
• 5 years in professional video post-production, with proven success managing high-profile projects with multiple priorities under right deadlines
• Demonstrated experience working within a professional video post-production environment and proficiency in industry-standard editing platforms (Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid, DaVinci Resolve) with working knowledge of After Effects, audio workflows, and related tools.
• Experience managing finishing processes including color correcting, sound mixing & design, and final conforming.
• Strong experience with cloud-based media asset management and distributed workflow design, including the ability to build, configure and improve post-production tools and systems (Airtable or comparable platforms).
• Experience implementing, managing and optimizing cloud-based editing and post-production environments.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient, with a calm solution-oriented approach under pressure
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret technical concepts and actionable guidance across creative, technology and leadership teams.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, or live event content a plus.
