Job Description
Reporting to the Director, DTC Subscriber Growth, the Manager of DTC Marketing Operations will play a critical role in supporting the launch and ongoing growth of MS NOW's new-to-market subscription experience. This position will serve as the operational backbone of the Subscriber Growth team, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly across channels and that the team is equipped with the processes, tools, reporting, and coordination needed to succeed.
This role will focus on building and managing the workflows, timelines, and cross-functional coordination required to bring marketing campaigns to life-from campaign planning through QA, trafficking, and launch. Acting as a central hub across Creative, Media, Product, Editorial, Analytics, and Customer Care, this individual will ensure alignment, anticipate needs, and remove operational friction between the Subscriber Growth and cross-functional teams.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to build marketing operations infrastructure and workflows from the ground up, while remaining hands-on in campaign execution and delivery.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Maintain and manage the DTC marketing calendar to ensure alignment across campaigns, teams, and priorities
• Own the end-to-end operational workflow for campaign execution, including coordinating timelines, QA, trafficking, and measurement of creative assets across channels and agency partners
• Oversight of the Subscriber Growth team's project management systems and reporting dashboards
• Manage the creative review process with Legal and standards
• Build and implement scalable processes and workflows - internal and with MarTech partners - to improve execution, efficiency, and coordination across all acquisition and retention efforts
• Create and manage marketing attribution links, ensuring accuracy and consistency across campaigns
• Act as the primary liaison to Customer Care, developing and maintaining training materials, FAQs, and promotional/refund guidance
• Establish feedback loop with Customer Care to surface insights and inform campaign optimization and product improvements
• Proactively identify gaps, anticipate team needs, and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and campaign delivery
• Ensure high standards of quality assurance across all campaign elements
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles
• Experience in media, entertainment, or subscription-based businesses preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with campaign trafficking, QA processes, and cross-channel execution
• Familiarity with marketing attribution platforms (e.g., Kochava, Adobe, Amplitude) or similar
• Experience working with project management and workflow tools such as Airtable, Jira, or similar platforms
• Strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset, proactivity, and attention to detail
• Proven ability to build processes and workflows in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to communicate and influence across teams
