TV Literary Coordinator

Verve is seeking an On-Desk Coordinator to play a central role on our Television Literary team. This is a step up from the assistant level - you'll take on greater ownership of client relationships, deal flow, and department operations while working closely with agents and partners.

This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who's ready to deepen their involvement in television representation and take on a broader scope of responsibility. At Verve, coordinators are integral to the way we serve clients and move business forward.

What You'll Do
• Manage deal tracking, client submissions, and materials flow across broadcast, cable, and streaming
• Support agents and partners with day-to-day operations, correspondence, and priority projects
• Assist with staffing season coordination, pitch tracking, and series development activity
• Provide guidance and act as a mentor to assistants on the team
• Coordinate meetings, travel logistics, and departmental scheduling as needed
• Roll calls and manage a fast-moving inbox for department head
• Interface with clients, showrunners, studio and network executives, and producers with professionalism and discretion
• Send, track, and manage client script submissions and materials across broadcast, cable, and streaming platforms

Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years of agency or management experience, with at least some time in television - on-desk experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with and understanding of the television landscape: staffing, pilot season, streaming development, and the broader writer market
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication; polished in all client and executive interactions
• Absolute discretion and sound judgment with sensitive deal and client information
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset - you anticipate needs and act without being asked
• Genuine enthusiasm for television and a clear point of view on where the industry is headed

This is a full-time, in-person role located in Los Angeles, CA. Employment is contingent upon the candidate's eligibility to work in the United States in accordance with applicable law.
